Cultivate the Author Mindset

As a book writing coach, I have the privilege of working with heart-centered women who have a desire to turn their personal stories into a transformational book. However, before you start writing your book, you should develop the right mindset. In fact, mindset is one of the pillars in my signature framework, The Author Activation Method. Don’t let your insecurities stop you from writing your book. So let’s keep it real for a second.

Are you telling yourself that you don’t have what it takes to write an impactful book?

Friend, you do have what it takes to become an author. My tip for building your confidence and courage is to craft your own author affirmations, Think about the transformation that you want readers to experience. What is your reason for writing your book? Write at least 7 to 10 affirmations that you can read and recite daily.
